The two bedrooms and living room are on split level, while the eat-in kitchen, bathroom and laundry are in the basement. It has H E laundry machines, and a private entrance.

There are no roomies yet. It is preferrable to have people of same sex or couple with one child. A roomie can recommend someone they’re familiar with. But the roomie must meet the requirements.
