About the room
The room for rent is not furnished but the rest of the house is. The unit is in the upstairs of a legal duplex which is a 3 bedroom and 1 bath, legal duplex bungalow, residing in a court. The upstairs unit is occupied by the owner of the house. The house is located in a quaint court, one street in from the mountain brow which has a great walking/running/biking path. Bruce trail, Albion falls, quad pad ice hockey rinks, Mohawk sports complex and Hamilton Cardinals baseball team all in close proximity.

About the roomies
I (the owner) currently live in the upstairs. The unit is kept tidy the majority of the time. A few things I enjoy doing are rollerblading, going out on my brothers boat, stand up comedy and road trips. I enjoy chatting and laughing but I do value my privacy which is why I have a second space to relax. I work every other weekend, wake up at about 6:30am for work and arrive home around 3pm. (Currently off work due to injury)
