Parking: Daytime: visitors parking, steps away; Nighttime: carpool (2 min walk away), well lit with frequent police.

Few steps to public transit. (Mi-way) and a couple of minutes drive to Clarkson Go Train). Clarkson Community Centre Pool and library 15 minute walk. Qualified Tenants only (background check to be completed – Credit, Landlord references, proof of income. $250 security key deposit (to be returned).

I live in the basement and I am rarely at home, mainly staying overnight and Sundays, otherwise at work.

I am renting my kids rooms, and all 3 rooms will be available as of May 1, 2026

We are very quiet household, so ideal for someone who likes peace when at home.
