• Low-rise building with an elevator. Most renters in the building are mature professionals.

• 5-minute walk to St. Clair subway station and St. Clair streetcar.

• 5-minute walk to supermarket/grocery stores, bank, gym, and restaurants. E.g., Loblaws, Dollarama, Shoppers Drug Mart, CIBC, RBC, TD Bank, Goodlife Fitness, etc.

• Heat and hot water are included in the rent.

• Room is furnished with a bed (frame and mattress) and shelves. The room also has two closets.
