One fully-furnished large bedroom is available for rent. The room is furnished with a bed (frame and mattress) and shelves. The room also has two closets.

Shared kitchen, large living room, and bathroom with 1 (one) female roommate. The apartment is large (920 sq ft) with big windows overlooking the living room (will post more pictures soon).

Looking for someone who is mature, clean, and quiet.

Single occupancy only (1 person). No couples.

Short-term rental is welcome. Longer-term rental preferred. Month-to-month lease.

Location: Yonge and St. Clair – a very safe and quiet residential neighbourhood.

Condition: Furnished (move-in ready).

Rent: $1,170 on a month-to-month basis.

Low-rise building with an elevator. Most renters in the building are mature professionals.
5-minute walk to St. Clair subway station and St. Clair streetcar.
5-minute walk to supermarket/grocery stores, bank, gym, and restaurants. E.g., Loblaws, Dollarama, Shoppers Drug Mart, CIBC, RBC, TD Bank, Goodlife Fitness, etc.
Wifi Internet, heat, and hot water are included in the rent.
Hydro is extra based on usage (e.g., $30 per month).
Laundry is available in the basement using a reloadable card.
