The rental is $850/m and it’s located 5 minutes walking to the University of Niagara Falls. The property is conveniently located at only a few minutes walk to the Oldtown, Niagara Falls City Council, The Niagara Falls Bus Terminal (for buses to Toronto, Brook University, Niagara College); Niagara Falls GO train and bus stations, Niagara Falls Public Library, Tim Hortons, Busy Bee, Niagara River and grocery stores (Postal code - L2E 2B4 ON).

• It has a queen size bed and mattress, bed linen, walk-in closets and several drawers. You’re free to bring additional items if needed. There’s a shared kitchen and bathroom, laundry, free WiFi, free parking, a front porch and a backyard.
• Invited is a young working professional or student.
• Utilities are included: hydro, heating, gas, WiFi and parking.
