We have one furnished bedroom and a separate bathroom that is available in a cozy two-bedroom two-bath apartment off of PTH Highway 59, with a lavish balcony, shared living room, and kitchen. Each flat/apartment has a dedicated furnace (adjustable heating) and cooling along with ensuite laundry.

Utilities: Only water and wifi are included in the rent, Hydro would be 50% of the total bill.

Note: This room is available to rent out for a maximum of 3 months only or an mutually agreed upon time frame ( limited)

The security deposit is just over half of the rent, proof of income, and ID are required along with references and / or possible background checks.

Amenities Nearby: 5-minute walk to the nearby bus stop

6 to 7-minute drive to the nearest Costco, Walmart, Best Buy, Canadian Tire, Home Depot, staples and KP Mall.

15 minutes walking distance to Concordia Hospital, Dollarama, Shoppers Drugmart, Sobeys, Freshco, Dollar Tree, and the Liquor Mart Express just to name a few.

We are an Indian couple that is new to Winnipeg and we are looking for someone to call this space their home too. We prefer single occupancy within the room and generally refrain from entertaining more than one individual in this room (Sorry, no couples or dual occupancy).

Our ideal roommate must be a full-time working professional who is respectful and quiet, someone who is responsible, helpful, clean like-minded and mindful of others within the shared space.

House Rules: No Pets No smoking (not even on the balcony) No drugs No wild parties (Let’s keep the neighbors happy!) We appreciate a calm, no-party lifestyle (occasional civil and sober celebrations are fine!)).
