Conveniently located in a safe neighborhood in north Richmond, steps away from the park and amenities. Close to public transit/skytrain station, groceries, and major stores. Only 30 minute drive to downtown Vancouver and 7 minute drive to YVR airport.

About the roomies

My name is Tracy. I live in a single detached home with my husband and daughter in Richmond. My work is very flexible so I have time to do other stuff. I love cooking and my husband loves skiing and golfing. We also enjoy travelling when we have a chance. My daughter is studying at an art school. We would welcome visitors or college students who can be independent and cook their own meals and who comes to Vancouver for studies or for an exchange or co-oops programs.
