Are you looking for a peacefull and safe place to call home? Then maybe it’s for you. A nice furnished room is available for rent on October 1st (1 year lease) in a 2 bedroom house that I’m renting. It’s an upper unit and shared with me only. No neighbors upstairs, the landlord is living away. Off-street parking is available. The house is next to Tillicum mall and very close to a bus stop. Laundry is in the basement. Utilities and internet are not included, but they are not much. The place feels like home, it has a fireplace and a deck. Looking for someone clean, respectful and responsible, a roommate that can communicate openly. It’s a quiet and friendly house, so no smoking, no drugs, no parties. I have 2 adorable well groomed cats, so cat lovers are welcome. They are goofy and always make you smile.
