Roommate Wanted for a Spacious, Friendly Home in Colwood

Hi there! We’re looking for one more awesome roommate to share our beautiful, large 4-bedroom family home. The house is located on a quiet cul-de-sac in Colwood, just a 5-7 minute drive from Westshore Town Centre and all the essentials like grocery stores, a pharmacy, and a gas station. If you’re heading to Royal Roads, it’s a quick 8 minute drive or about a 15-minute bike ride. It’s also a quick commute to Victoria General Hospital.

About the House: This is a spacious and cozy home with plenty of room for everyone to feel comfortable:

Bedrooms: One room available, bright and welcoming. The room is rented furnished - with a full-sized bed, dresser, desk/chair.

2 Bathrooms: You’d be sharing 2 bathrooms

Wifi: High-Speed Fibre Optic Internet - if you need fast internet, you will be happy!

Common Areas: Plenty of space in the living and dining areas to relax, plus a deck and a backyard to enjoy some fresh air.

Laundry: We have a fully separate laundry room

Parking: On-site parking is available.

What We’re Looking For: We’re hoping to find a roommate who is friendly, quiet, respectful, and enjoys a relaxed and clean home.

A few things to note:

• Non-smokers only (occasional outdoor cannabis use is fine).
• We may have a cat visiting (almost never - would be a very rare occurrence), so liking (or tolerating) cats is a must! There will be no animals living in the house full time.

*** Please note the room is for single occupancy only. ** No pets, please.

Rent & Move-In Details:

• Rent will be the base rate + utilities (hydro, electricity, Wi-Fi).

About Us: We’re the owners of the house (in our 30s) and we are a social, outdoorsy couple who enjoy keeping a tidy, peaceful, and welcoming home. I work in HR, and my partner is in the trades. We’re into cooking, camping, music festivals, and traveling. We are very rarely home and not living at the house full-time. You will primarily be sharing the house with 2 other roommates.
