Looking for short term rental. Two to 4 months to start, starting mid aug 2026. This could lead to long term if a fit is made, and some other factors happen. Recently renovated. So currently i am offering a Private room with window and small closet. common living area, shared bathroom, kitchen and laundry facilities. Includes air conditioning wifi parking bbq in-ground heated pool deck and more. Mature quiet street with big backyard. Close to all the amenities such as highway access, bus routes, shopping gas stations restaurants. Walking biking paths close by with park area. Location is key.
