Great location at Dufferin and Dundas you’re close to pretty much everything. It’s about a 30 minutes streetcar ride to TMU, a 7 minutes bus ride to the subway, and Dufferin Mall is about a 20 minutes walk away.

The room is unfurnished and can comfortably fit a single bed and a desk. There are also two closets, so there’s a good amount of storage space. Just to be completely transparent, the room has a sliding door.

The total rent for the unit is $2,654, split between three roommates, which comes to about $884.67 per person. Bills are included, but internet is separate and currently works out to $28.75 per person.

The landlord requires a credit and employment check. If you’re a student, you’ll need a guarantor, and they will also need to complete a credit and employment check. Please make sure you’re able to provide this before messaging.
