Hey Friends! We are looking for someone (or maybe two people) to share our fully furnished, 5 level, plant-filled townhome in Toronto. Everything’s move-in ready, so you can just settle in and enjoy!
There are two spaces available: The Pinstripe Bedroom ($1400): A cozy, fully furnished room with a comfy bed, big closet, work desk, nightstand, and dresser – everything’s set for you.
The Loft ($1500): A separate, open-concept floor with a private attached balcony. It’s perfect if you’re looking for a bit more space.
You will have access to the entire 2700 sqft home which has a relaxed boho vibe with lots of plants, a fireplace, books and games. There’s also a fully stocked kitchen, a tea lounge, a dining area, a laundry area and a backyard with a BBQ, hammock and patio seating.
The location’s very convenient – just an 8-min bus ride to Pape Station and a 5-min walk to the mall (groceries, pharmacy, essentials). There are also plenty of restaurants, cafes, and trails nearby.
If you love staying active, the neighborhood has a gym, indoor & outdoor pools, tennis courts, and a big park with hiking trails directly in front.
