I am a single homeowner for this property and reside on the main floor. I have 3 rooms on the 2nd floor which I rent out and my son (30) resides in the lower level. We are fairly easy going and relaxed people. I do like things in it’s place, clean and tidy as this is shared living and find less issues when things have routine.
It’s a pretty quiet home with the occasional sports game on TV or binge watching a series 👀
