I have a 3+1 bedroom house. 1 room is available upstairs, shared bathroom $1000, and 1 room downstairs on July 1 for $1200 for 1 person, 2 people $1400, has it’s own bathroom. Both rooms are furnished with a bed, dressers and closet. The basement room is very large, like a double room.

This is a shared house with laundry, utilities included except cable and internet split equally about $40 per month. Some access to kitchen. Must be neat and tidy, and non-smoker.

First and last month’s rent required as well as a police check as you are moving into my home.

This is a quiet street in Brampton, close to Bramalea City Centre, shopping, restaurants, transit, Walmart, Home Depot, grocery stores, banks, schools, churches, hospital, lots of parks, highways, minutes from YYZ. I have 1 cat.

I am vegetarian, almost vegan. We are quiet, clean and tidy. The other roommate is male. We are all busy, keeping to ourselves and we all help around the house.
