I have a 3+1 bedroom house. 1 room is available downstairs on March 10 for $1300 for 1 person, 2 people $1600. There is a double bed, loveseat, closet and dresser in the room. The room is very large, like a double room.

Shared house with laundry, utilities included except cable and internet split equally about $50 per month. Some access to kitchen. Must be neat and tidy, and non-smoker. We all clean the house every weekend, cut the grass every other week and shovel snow when needed.

First and last month’s rent required as well as a police check as you are moving into my home.

I have 2 rescue cats. I love animals and hope you do too.

I live on a quiet street in Brampton, close to Bramalea City Centre, shopping, restaurants, transit, Walmart, Home Depot, grocery stores, banks, schools, churches, hospital, lots of parks, hwys, mins from YYZ.

I am vegetarian, almost vegan. We are quiet, clean and tidy. The other roommate is male. We are all busy, keeping to ourselves and we all help around the house.
