Beautiful newer stacked townhouse. (All female household. No couples or sharing). I’m the primary renter and have enjoyed this home for 5 years. I’m looking for a roommate who will enjoy a clean, friendly, quiet and respectful home. You would have your own furnished room and share a 4pc bathroom with myself. My daughter currently lives in the 3rd bedroom on the first level and utilizes her own 3-pc bathroom. She is going to be moving in the next month or two and her room with a private bathroom will become available. The well-equipped kitchen is a nice space to cook and there is a cozy livingroom. Must like cats as I have two. They are very friendly but it wouldn’t be ideal to have additional pets in the home. Also included: laundry, smart tv and mini-fridge in bedroom, internet and Netflix. Parking would have to be arranged via the property managers based on availability. No indoor smoking permitted. First & last month’s rent is requested. Available October 1st.

I enjoy cooking, writing, decorating, and hunting for vintage treasures. I live a clean, quiet lifestyle. I’m a non-smoker and will enjoy a glass of wine the odd time socially. It would be ideal to have a roommate who enjoys a relatively quiet, laidback lifestyle as well. Having said that, it’s nice to have visitors sometimes and I have no issue with that.
