Two other rooms on the 2nd floor are occupied by two professionals. They are neat and considerate of others. The owner of the house is a retired engineer, male in his early 60s. He goes away for extended periods. When he is home, he lives at the ground floor (2 floors below the advertised room). This has been a family home, just recently rented, so the house is clean and in good order.
