Two other rooms on the 2nd floor are occupied by two young professionals. They are neat and considerate of others. The owner of the house is a retired engineer, male in his early 60s. He travels a lot. When he doesn’t travel, he lives at the ground floor (2 floors below the advertised room). This has been a family home, just recently rented, so the house is clean and in good order.
