About the room

Spacious, bright room in a 3 bedroom - 2 bath suite on the upper level of a house. The room does have a semi-private bathroom that is used for guests as well. The suite is fully furnished, but the room can be unfurnished.

The property is close to Marine Gateway Skytrain (less than 10 minute walk) and just a block away from the bus. Close to grocery stores on Marine Dr (Superstore & T&T) as well as Langara. Quick access to Downtown and Richmond!

About the roomies

Early 30s working in Marketing working hybrid so I’ll be around some days of the week. Generally a pretty quiet person but always down for something social. I’m fairly active with recreational sports, hiking, travelling. Will have the occasional dinner hangout with friends.
