The apartment is 15 mins drive from downtown or UBC, public transit very accessible as is many stores such as IGA, Safeway, stores along West 4th and W Broadway. Just blocks from Jericho and Kits beach.

About the roomies

I’m a female in my 40 and will occupy the second room very occasionally, I’ll only be there a few days a month. There are no other roommates. I work full time, often stay at my bf’s place and spend most of my weekdays out of Vancouver, so you will primarily have the place to yourself. Including parking and washer/dryer. Available Mid August 2026. No pets.
