Looking for roommate (area J8R 0H6) I have one room left it’s furnished room and it’s 700$ the house is fully furnished , including heating, lighting and fiber optics internet. Access to the entire house, central air conditioning, 1 parking spot per roommates , washer, standard size dryer. Room left is available as November first 2025 . I am a quiet 52 year old guy that’s just looking for one roommate that is quiet and easy to get along with. Last the house will feel like you got the house to yourself I’m on the second floor the family room I made a small living room so the living room on first floor will be yours of course we will see each other but I wanted for the roommates to have their own space.
