There is a small fridge in the bedroom and a nightstand with a lamp and a dresser and small desk and a A/C unit. I can provide a single bed if needed. Bus stop right outside the house short walk to the grocery store conveniently located to the 401. The house is shared with a couple other people the bathroom is shared and so in the kitchen on site laundry is available to you. The bedroom has an oversized closet good if you need storage. If you’re a Student the house is conveniently located and a short walk to the college give or take 15-20 min. No smoking in the house. The room can be furnished or unfurnished I’m easy to work with.

One person is working in Retail and The other person is working in construction. Then there’s me and I’m semi retired.
