There is a small fridge in the bedroom and a nightstand with a lamp and a dresser and small desk and a A/C unit. I can provide a Twin bed if needed bring your own bedding. Bus stop right outside the house short walk to the grocery store conveniently located to the 401. The house is shared with a couple other people the bathroom is shared and so is the kitchen on site laundry is available to you. The bedroom has an oversized closet good if you need storage. If you’re a Student the house is conveniently located and a short walk to the College or the Hospital take’s 15 min walk. No smoking in the house. The room can be furnished or unfurnished I’m easy to work with. The A/C is available from June through September month.

One person is working in Retail and The other person is working in construction. and lives on the lower level. Then there’s me and I’m semi retired.
