Female professional seeking a roommate to share a 3+1 bed, 3.5 bath executive townhome in Arnprior. Spacious home and fully furnished in common living areas. Hardwood, laminate, and tile throughout.

Each roommate will have their own bathroom and access to the common living areas. Minutes from the highway.

Must be pet friendly as I intend to foster a dog, who will be out of the home when I’m at work. No other pets please.

Roommate must have landlord references. Would prefer full-time employed female roommate if possible. Hoping to establish a friendly, social, yet quiet and respectful environment. No partiers or smokers (including 420) please.

First and last month’s rent required. 6 month rental to trial. Rent is $950/month for the basement bedroom, basement den, and private basement bathroom (marked B). Utilities included (gas, hydro, water, HWT rental, and unlimited internet). Street parking available. Garage or driveway parking available during Winter restrictions.
