This is a Southeast facing unit with beautiful sunrise views, a big balcony and lots of natural light. I have worked hard for the past couple of years to make this place feel like home.

What I am looking for in a roommate:

• Someone’s who’s clean - and by that I mean is proactive in ensuring the place is tidy
• Willing to follow a chore system like taking out the trash, sweeping etc.
• Someone who is considerate and respectful of personal space, belongings and food.
• No sharing of the room as the room is only suitable for 1 person

There is a direct bus to Don Mills station and Pape station (25S / 925S) just a 2 min walk away Grocery stores, dollar store, lots of restaurants at walking distance. 15 min walk or 5 min drive to Fairview Mall.

• Laundry: Available in building

You will be sharing the apartment with me. I am in my late 20s, an IT professional with a 9-5 hybrid work schedule. I enjoy good conversations, watching TV, hanging out and occasionally have friends over for a meal.
