We are looking for responsible, respectful students or young professionals to share a beautiful, fully furnished home in Tuscany.

This spacious 1,500 sq. ft. home features:

The home is located in a quiet, safe neighbourhood with convenient access to major routes, public transit, and amenities. The Tuscany C-Train station is approximately a 10-minute walk away. Shopping, restaurants, medical services, and other conveniences are all within a 5-minute walk.

As a resident, you will also have access to the Tuscany Club, which offers fitness facilities and a variety of recreational and community activities at no additional cost.

The current tenants are students and young professionals who enjoy having a friendly and social atmosphere while also respecting each other’s schedules, privacy, and personal space. We are looking for someone who will be a good fit within the household and enjoy being part of a positive living environment.
