Bedroom has good sized window facing the back yard. A double bed fits perfectly with ample space for furniture (although someone has had a queen bed, a night stand, 2 book shelves, a desk and a dresser in there at once!). It can be semi-furnished. There is a desk, a wardrobe, an ikea chair and ottoman, and a mattress if you want to use them. Hardwood flooring. Tv mount. Good sized closet with shelves. Loft/ den is upstairs. 2 large windows (east/west). Carpeted. Hydro is negotiable as den needs to be cooled and heated independently (you have the use of an AC unit in the summer but need to provide your own space heater).
Me! There is also a family that rents the basement suite. The back yard is shared with the family.
