Currently furnished with queen bed, wardrobe, small fridge, can add more furniture if needed. Utilities, wifi, laundry cost are already included in rent of $1200.
***This big room is good for 1 lady only. *** Sorry, not for two occupants! It’s the most ideal space for a lady with a cat or two since they have unlimited access to the large sunroom that has daylights/sunlight and views. Sharing kitchen, dining and laundry room with two other quiet and respectful ladies who live in separate rooms.
