All utilities included, included internet. The room comes furnished with a double mattress, a bed frame, a desk, a chair, a 32inch TV, and a mirrored big size closet. The other rooms are rented by 2 quiet ,clean, working gentleman. The tenants are clean and respectful, so we are looking for someone clean and respectful.
Shared areas are bathroom, kitchen, laundry room (in the basement) and dining area.
Located in a family friendly neighborhood, minutes from NAIT, Yellowhead and downtown.
Available for March 1st, with possibility ot move in a couple of days earlier.
Damage deposit equal to 1 month rent.
