Myself and you is all. The third bedroom is open for you to use as a spare space. No smokers, No drugs, no pets, no loud music. It would be nice to socialize when at home so being talkative and sharing some interests would make the roomie situation feel more friendly. A TV is provided also in your room for your use along with a desk and chair. All common areas and bathrooms must be cleaned and kept tidy. I work out of town as I’m a driver so mostly it will be you in the home, when I am home I would spend most of the time relaxing. My work tends to be my life and my hobbies usually take me out of town. You as the renter, I will require that you have employment that is verifiable.
