🏡 It’s a 5 ½ furnished shared apartment on the 1st floor, 3 bedrooms 🛌, a living room 🛋️, a kitchen 👨🍳 and a bathroom 🛀, well renovated and very clean. It has a smart TV, storage unit, stove/oven, new fridge, dishwasher, and a washer/dryer. The room in this ad has the approximate area of [ 10.40 squared meter / 110 squared ft ]. The room is featured with a built-in closet and a large window. It’s furnished with: queen bed, hybrid medium-firm queen mattress, 2 pillows, bedsheets, duvet, desk, chair, desk lamp, mirror, laundry basket, waste bin and a fan. It could have different and possible slight variations but feel free to bring your own and we could discuss reduced prices.
