All Utilities and Internet is included. 15 Minute Walk from 3x Grocery Stores with strip malls. 2 Minute Walk from Starbucks and a corner store. Laundry Room access inside the apartment building. Bus Stop directly outside of the apartment building that has routes to TRU and the TRU Express bus route only a 15 minute walk away.
About the roomies
My husband and myself. We are very quiet introvert gamers who tend to keep to ourselves. We do not smoke cigarettes, use marijuana, drink liquor or do drugs of any kind, also we do not party.
Ideally, we would be looking for: Someone who doesn’t drink or smoke (If you do smoke cigarettes just do it outside the apartment building.) Someone who doesn’t do drugs nor party. No visitors. Someone with good hygiene and cleans up after themselves.
