Great furnished room with big window. New Double bed (Fully set), nightstand, lamp, desk, chair, tv stand, bookcase with sliding closet (lots of storage). Located in Sthenri Area (About 8 mins walk to metro) Close to bus lines as well. Well equipped kitchen and bathroom. Also has in-unit laundry. internet and electricity included. Room is available anytime now till July1st. Thank you!
Edit Cracks/scuffs in photos have been fixed and with a new paint job. Just haven’t updated the photos but layout is the same!

Dallas (Head Tenant): Working Professional Cook/Bartender Very clean and meticulous, In late twenties. loves to Cook, Travel and go to the gym.
Andrew: Working Professional in Textile Garments. Middle forties. Works 5 days a week, 8 to 10 hours shifts. Cleans up after himself
Puff (Cat): Small long haired indoor cat. Ive had Puff since she was a kitten now a elder cat of 14+ years.
