Our suite is on the top floor of a 3 unit building. Located in Burnaby Heights, 10-15 minute walk to Brentwood mall and skytrain station. Close to bus lines 130 (right outside the house) and 95 B line on Hastings. It’s a great area near the public library, swimming pool, walking trails and grocery stores. There is a small green space in the back that gets good sun and has a giant raspberry patch. Also potential for other growing opportunities! The price is cheap because we have a “grandfathered” in price as the unit has been passed down the same friend group for about 10 years now. :)

The room is offered unfinished.

There is plenty of storage for each of us individually, as well as shared storage within the home. We also have access to an outside secured shed that is suitable for camping equipment, storage tubs, bikes, etc.

There are 3 roommates (4 people total), and a cat named Aleister! All of us are in our late 20’s and 30’s and in the queer community. We are all relatively introverted, very respectful of one anothers space, but also enjoy spending time together- watching movies, playing games, reading, crafty projects, and having great conversations! We share chores and value an environment where there can be open and respectful communication about all things.
