My name is J Krish. I have been living in this apartment for the past 2 years and am looking to share it with someone who values a peaceful and respectful living environment. I graduated from the University of Winnipeg in 2024.

I chose this apartment because of the comfort and convenience it offers. It’s clean, calm, and located just a short walk from the University of Winnipeg. There’s a bus stop right next to the building, and you’ll find essentials like an convenient store, McDonald’s, Rexall, and Tim Hortons in visible distance. Direct bus available towards both University of Manitoba & Winnipeg.

I’m hoping to share this space with someone who is respectful, mindful of others, and committed to keeping the apartment clean. This is a place to rest and recharge. “A home”. So maintaining a peaceful atmosphere is important to me, and I hope it is for you too. While your privacy will absolutely be respected, I’ll also be a caring and considerate apartment mate.

The property is ready to occupy from June 1st. Kitchen and bathroom are shared, and the living room (as shown in the photos) will be entirely yours to use. There’s also a wardrobe for your storage needs, and you’re welcome to add a room divider for extra privacy.
