Looking for a roommate to share my newly renovated 3 bedroom main floor flat in Prospect Bay.

Rent for longterm is $800 with everything included.

3rd room is setup as a guest room.

Located in beautiful Prospect Bay. You will need a vehicle to get around as there is no bus route.

There is a convenience store and park in the subdivision. Plus lots of trails and access to the bay. It’s a beautiful place to live and not far from the city (15 mins to Bayers Lake).
