New owners, newly renovated basement rooms furnished. Very accessible to anyplace you want to go just 3 mins walk to bus stop close to Welland City hall, Niagara College, Stores and more. We also have a kitchen/laundryroom in the basement but is not finish

About the roomies

My family is living upstairs and we have little kids that are very playful, from time to time there will be noises from upstairs so were sorry in advance we dont have furry pets and we dont like smoker as much as possible we dont like to smell any kind of smoke but we are ok if you do your business outside the house it is strickly prohibited to smoke inside the house.
