3 bedroom suite. One bedroom will remain as an extra. Spacious, gorgeous views. Private dock, use of my boat (just a tinny with oars). May have electric motor coming. Deck off kitchen overlooking lake Shawnigan. Private bathroom with tub. No couples/pets, sry. Pets like fish, lizards, contained in your room and aquarium/terrarium are ok.
I have one very friendly cat but doesnt along with other animals so no other animals allowed in house, sorry. Hydro is extra.
About the roomies
Just me, and my landlord who who loves downstairs hangs out periodically. We also have access to downstairs living room/laundry room.
I work in construction, I’m 47. I get along in any crowd. Feel free to ask anything.
