Large waterfront home with two furnished room options available.

Large room: $1,350/month with desk and large window.

Smaller room: $1,175/month, featuring its own private patio and separate exterior entrance through the bedroom, that has an exterior door with a window.

Rent includes high-speed fibre optic internet, hydro, gas, and all utilities.

The bathroom is essentially private for the tenant, except for the occasional guest. Only one room will be rented, so you’ll have your own bedroom and bathroom while sharing only the kitchen with me.

The rest of the home offers plenty of space to enjoy, with beautiful waterfront views in a quiet, comfortable setting.
