This is a female occupied unit and it’s close to transit, downtown Markham, shopping & everything else you need within walking distance. Looking for one more person to join the two mature and clean ladies currently in the unit. Not interested in a couple pls and neither am I looking for a male. Room is a Private bedroom for single occupancy for female with shared bathroom with one other female @ $1250. In-suite laundry, utilities, internet and driveway parking included. Unit and room comes furnished with everything seen in the pictures. Common areas and kitchen also comes furnished and equipped. It is for August 1 possession. This is a pet free and smoke free space with a max of three people. Two ladies live here and looking for the third housemate.

• conscious of your noise levels (one person works from home while the other works in the office)
• willing to work with the cleaning schedule of shared spaces
• Friendly but still appreciates personal space and privacy when required
• Don’t smoke and have no pets
