Not interested in a couple pls and neither am I looking for a male. Room is a Private bedroom for single occupancy for female with shared bathroom with one other female @ $1250 & $1150 respectively. In-suite laundry, utilities, internet and driveway parking included. Unit and room comes furnished with everything seen in the pictures. Common areas and kitchen also comes furnished and equipped. This is a pet free and smoke free space with a max of three people. Currently one lady lives here and looking for two more housemate.
