Room is a Private bedroom for single occupancy for female with shared bathroom (private bathroom available upon request at a separate price). In-suite laundry, utilities, internet and driveway parking included. Unit and room comes furnished with everything seen in the pictures. Common areas and kitchen also comes furnished and equipped. This is a pet free and smoke free space with a max of three people. Currently two ladies live here and looking for one more housemate.
