Serene neighborhood in Cranston, SE. Outdoor parking available. Common areas are cleaned and maintained by me.

This is a pet-free, smoke-free, drug-free home.

Laundry room is on the same level. Fixed Utilities fixed at $70 .

Household products like cleaning supplies & paper goods will be supplied.

We are a young couple (32 y.o.), with no kids or pets. We work from home. We’re easy-going, friendly and maintain a clean home. We mostly keep to ourselves. The house is spacious enough that it’s easy to not get in each other’s way.

Since opening up our home last year, we’ve been fortunate to host some wonderful people who required short term accomodation (6-8 months). And we feel even luckier to call some of them our friends.
