I am subletting my room as i am abroad with my partner. We are subletting from August 1st One other girl lives in the apartment. She is super respectful and a really wonderful person The livingroom is equipped with a tv and record player with lots of records to choose from. Full kitchen and bathroom are shared. The area is fantastic. One minute walk to the dundas street car and a five min walk to the college streetcar. Grocery stor is within walking distance. So are coffee shops, restaurants and parks. The sublet is available for a minimum of 6 months, upto 1 year.
