I am subletting my room as i am going abroad to travel with my partner. We are subletting from May 1, 2026 to May 1, 2027 with the possibility to extend. One other girl lives in the apartment. The livingroom is equipped with a tv and record player with lots of records to choose from. Full kitchen and bathroom are shared. The area is fantastic. One minute walk to the dundas street car and a five min walk to the college streetcar. Grocery stor is within a walking distance. So are coffee shops, restaurants and parks. The sublet is available for a minimum of one year with a possibility to extend !
