I have 1 room that will be available, in a multi unit house. 4 units up and 4 downstairs. Each room has its own lock. It is shared bathrooms, one on each floor, and a shared kitchen. Close to a grocery store, recreation centre, parks,as well as shopping and bus routes. All rooms are private. The home is well kept and recently renovated. We have a beautiful rear yard that is always enjoyable for household residents. Internet is available for $20 a month.
Everyone is pretty decent. In a shared living arrangement like that, people have to be able to get along We are looking for a respectful and clean roommate for our shared accommodation. We are a cannabis friendly home. We do not want or allow chemical users.
