This is a very comfortable one level rancher nestled in a very well sought after location, situated in the University Heights, Mt. Doug, Tuscany Village area in Gordon Head…We are close to transit > but we do not get that annoying traffic and loud conversation associated with bus stops…just a very short walk from my front door. You get more than just a room > you would have access to a full NEW WASHROOM WITH TUB AND SHOWER, full kitchen, family and TV room, onsite laundry room and backyard…* Closest Transit stops > Braefoot rd, and McKenzie Avenue. Just a short 3 minute walk from our front door…close but we do not get the noise associated with bus stops! An AWESOME area!!

Communication is key! NO over night guests,( until I get to know you).
