This is a multi-complex, close to a main bus line that accesses all of the Comox Valley including North Island College. Close walking distance to Driftwood Mall and two big parks (Bill Moore & Air Park). The bedroom is furnished with a queen size bed, a small 5 drawer dresser, lamp and double door closet space. The tenant insurance (mandatory by management) hydro and internet combined is $82.10 per person (all inclusive in the rent). No smoking of any sort in suite, but I do have a patio set up out front of the suite. Laundry is shared by other tenants in the building. Cost per load is $6.50 ($3.25 per wash on cold, add $0.25 for each temperature increase + $3.25 per dry).

Hi there, I’m a laid back 420 friendly senior (61) seeking a long term roommate. The living room is not quite set up as I have an IKEA wrap around desk that I can’t set up alone.
