There is a fully furnished room opening in our house. Available Sept 1st, it is a single occupant room with lots of light and nice view. The rent is $1150 per month plus $75 utilities (everything included). Ideally looking for a longer term applicant.

About the house: 4-bed, 2-bath rental overlooking Swan Lake. This recently renovated property is fully furnished & includes all the household goods you’ll need. We have some storage for bikes and camping gear in our shed.

We are young female professionals in our early and mid-20s and early 30’s. We’re friendly, welcoming, and clean. We love doing house dinners, walks, movie nights, and hot tub/sauna nights. That’s right, we have a hot tub and sauna. We are looking for the right fit to welcome into our home. We are all quiet and respectful but do enjoy being social. We all enjoy yoga, camping, art, movies, dance, reading, and traveling. We would ideally like to welcome a single female/non-binary into the space but could be open to other options.
