Hi there, we have a furnished room for rent on the main level in our spacious, beautiful house in Edmonton, West Jaspers Place. It has a shared bathroom with one other female and a shared kitchen.
There are also two gardens to hang out, a cute winter garden, a fire place, a big shared kitchen, Table Tennis in the garage, garden sauna. The room is furnished and can only be rented as that. We can remove 1 or 2 items, but not all of it.
The house is being kept on the clean side, so we are looking for a reliable and clean person, who also enjoys a clean home. Your room mates are kind, warm and open hearted from Europe (England, France, one male, one female). A person looking for a quiet place would be happier in our home.
House is close (walking distance) to a shopping mall with “No thrills” & “Fresco Co” supermarkets. Bus service near by.
Parking space in front of the house available.
