Hi there, we have a furnished room for rent on the main level in our spacious, beautiful house in Edmonton, West Jasper Place. It has a shared bathroom with one other female and a shared kitchen.

There are also two gardens to hang out, a cute winter garden, a fire place and a big shared kitchen. The room is furnished and can only be rented as that. We can remove 1 or 2 items, but not all of it.

We are looking for someone with an empathetic nature, who is respectful to their housemates and is drama free, and also enjoys a clean home. Your room mates are kind, warm and open hearted from Europe (England and France, one male, one female). A person looking for a quiet, clean place would be happier in our home. You would share your bathroom with the female person living at the house as the male person has a bathroom downstairs where he has his room.

House is close (walking distance) to some stores and supermarkets. Bus service is near by.

There is plenty of Parking space in front of the house.

There is a studio flat connected to the house which shares the same house entrance, which is inhabited by a friendly Australian lady.
