Hi there, we have a furnished room for rent on the main level in our spacious, beautiful house in Edmonton, West Jasper Place. It has a shared bathroom with one other female and a shared kitchen.
There are also two gardens to hang out, a cute winter garden, a fire place and a big shared kitchen. The room is furnished and can only be rented as that. We can remove 1 or 2 items, but not all of it.
We are looking for someone with a warm, kind and friendly nature who can respect their housemates, and enjoys a clean home. Your room mates are kind, warm and open hearted from Europe (England and France, one male, one female). A person looking for a quiet, clean place would enjoy our home. You would share your bathroom with the female person living at the house as the male person has a bathroom downstairs where he has his room.
The house is very close to a variety of stores and supermarkets. (walking distance) A bus service and a bus station are near by.
There is plenty of Parking space in front of the house.
There is a studio flat connected to the house which shares the same house entrance, which is inhabited by a friendly Australian lady.
