Avail now or May 1 My house is a 3 minute walk to 22nd street Station, in a good, quiet, family neighborhood, well lighted at night. I am centrally located, and just minutes to all major amenities including Burnaby, Metrotown. The room is very bright, clean and fully furnished with bed/bedding, desk, chair, sink, and eating area. You would share basic cooking area, fridge, and bathroom with 3 other student/professionals. The rent is $800. a month, and includes all utilities, WIFI, and laundry. I am looking for an international student or professional who is clean, quiet, and respectful of others and a non-smoker, non drug user, non vaper, no overnights. You must be willing to clean up after yourself as well as participate in the weekly cleaning.
