This is a 3 bedroom apartment above an art gallery in downtown Toronto. We are located very close to the intersection Bathurst and College.

One unfurnished, 9x9’ room is currently available. All utilities included, internet is not ($15/month) Last month’s rent is required for a deposit, and first month’s to be paid by Sept 30th. A minimum of two month stay is also required. We’re more interested in longer stays, provided the vibe is right.

The neighbourhood is great and very centrally located. Pedestrian friendly. We’re near parks, bars, cafes, libraries, and Frescho, T&T and Chinatown for groceries.

Transit is SUPER accessible and everything is very walkable. We are minutes away from the heart of Kensington Market, Little Italy and Chinatown. As well as being close to U of T, OCADU and TMU.

Pest free. Our bathroom and kitchen are shared, so cleanliness and picking up after yourself is important to us. Cannabis in the apartment is ok but no tobacco. Queer friendly. We are looking for someone like-minded and who has good, open communication. The space is quiet, calm and excellent for study. Sadly no pets allowed, as we have an existing furry friend living here.

We are two gals in their mid 30s and have lived in the area for a decade. We enjoy cooking, cannabis and gardening. There is also a cute and VERY friendly, 6 year old, lady Rottweiler. She is very well trained and doesn’t need to be fed or walked by anyone other than her Mom. She sleeps all day on the couch if she’s at work and doesn’t bark, unless she’s alerting us to something.
