It is 900 ft², apartment itself is furnished but the bedroom for rent is not furnished. 5 minute walk to grocery stores including Walmart and Sobeys, bus stop is very near which goes directly to Conestoga, Laurier, and UW. (12 min to UW which is the farthest) The deposit of 935 is also used as the last month of rent.

My boyfriend (Age 22) and I (Age 21) share the other bedroom, we own two cats which can be shy but never hostile.
