1 Large bedroom available in 2 bedroom unit on main floor (not basement) of well maintained heritage house. Room is 12 x 10.25 feet (3.66 x 3.12 meters) and includes a closet that is 23 x 54 inches (depth x width) ROOM IS MOSTLY FURNISHED BUT DOESN’T HAVE TO BE

Room comes with a double-sized bed with sheets, pillows, comforters etc. There is a small desk and chair, and a room heater. None of this stuff has to stay in the room (except the bed,) if you don’t want to use them.

All bills included in price, including Bell Fibe internet. Laundry in unit, large kitchen.
7-10 walk from Runnymede station (multiple buses go right by the house to go to the station, as well.) 15 minute walk to Humber River trail, 10 min walk to Bloor West Village (No Frills, Shoppers Drug Mart, Starbucks, Dollarama, LCBO, bakeries and restaurants,) and 15 minute walk from The Junction. The house is physically on Runnymede, I am not sure why it is showing otherwise.

**deposit is a security deposit for landlord that will be applied to last month’s rent.

***this is a short-term listing of 3 months, with the very strong possibility of extension, or taking over the lease! I am open to 1 or 2 month stays, if that works better for you.

My name is Erin, and I’m the only other person living in this apartment. I’m looking for a roommate because my best friend and I got this place and have lived here for 3 years, but she moved, so I am looking for a new roommate.

I am in accounting/finance for work (I usually work from home,) but I am active in the writing and improv/comedy community.

Although I usually work from home, I am out of the house a lot, including evenings. I am not usually at home on the weekends, (Friday night to Sunday,) and I periodically need to travel for 7-14 days at a time (would love a roomie who likes to water plants! :D)

I’m an ENFP, and I very much value connection with others, but am also totally chill living with a person where we keep to ourselves.

I don’t really drink or smoke weed, but am fine if you do (within reason.) Not into party people.

I host get togethers, sometimes, and you are welcome to join (usually just chill dinner parties or board game nights with friends)
