1 Large bedroom available in 2 bedroom unit on main floor (not basement) of well maintained heritage house. Room is 12 x 10.25 feet (3.66 x 3.12 meters) and includes a closet that is 23 x 54 inches (depth x width) *ROOM IS MOSTLY FURNISHED.

Room comes with a double-sized bed with sheets, pillows, comforters etc. There set of drawers, a small desk and chair, a fan, and a room heater.

All bills included in price, including Bell Fibe internet. Laundry in unit, large kitchen.
7-10 walk from Runnymede station (multiple buses go right by the house to go to the station, as well.) 15 minute walk to Humber River trail, 10 min walk to Bloor West Village (No Frills, Shoppers Drug Mart, Starbucks, Dollarama, LCBO, bakeries and restaurants,) and 15 minute walk from The Junction. The house is physically on Runnymede, I am not sure why it is showing otherwise.

My name is Erin, and I’m the only other person living in this apartment. I’m looking for a roommate because my best friend and I got this place and have lived here for 3 years, but she moved, so I am looking for a new roommate.

I am in accounting/finance for work (I usually work from home,) but I am active in the writing and improv/comedy community.

Although I usually work from home, I am out of the house a lot, including evenings. I am not usually at home on the weekends, (Friday night to Sunday,) and I periodically need to travel for 7-14 days at a time (would love a roomie who likes to water plants! :D)

I don’t really drink or smoke weed, and would prefer to live with someone who doesn’t (or does so, within reason.)

I host get togethers, sometimes, and you are welcome to join (usually just chill dinner parties or board game nights with friends)

I value cleanliness (especially in shared areas,) but am not a neat freak.

I would prefer you have a background check on your profile, as I do, but open to being provided with a recent landlord reference.
