About the room

Hello STUDENTS! This is the time to start looking for a clean and safe space to live, as of September 1st (or a little earlier). We’ll have a bright, spacious, furnished bedroom available in our basement (much like a studio). The room is perfectly suited for ONE student. You’ll have a private, fully equipped kitchen and a private 3-piece bathroom. Easy access to (owner shared) laundry facilities. Entrance to the room is a few steps from the front door, so fairly private. There is ample storage, including a large closet. (Everything is provided if needed, such as towels, bed linens, pillows, blankets, etc.) Parking is available for a small sized car. Utilities costs are included, as well as unlimited Internet access. (Fibe/Netflix not included). Our house is located on a nice mature street; just an 8 min drive to the UNIVERSITY OF GUELPH (easy bus routes). Only 3 a min drive to CONESTOGA COLLEGE SPEEDVALE CAMPUS, (or one short bus ride). Within walking distance of a plaza, COSTCO, Zehrs, Banks, Community Centre, Pool, Library and Parks (Paisley & Imperial area). We’re looking to find a quiet student that appreciates their space as much as we appreciate our home.

About the roomies

We are an easy-going mature couple, with a sweet medium-sized dog that barks at the mailman and a funny cat! Monthly rent is $875, first and last month rent required, as well as References.
