FRENCH FOLLOWS … I am looking for a professional, non-smoking/non-vaping woman who works in Kingston and needs a place to stay during the week, two to three days per week. Monthly rental, 3-4 months short term rental.

💰 The rent is $850 per month, based on occupancy of two to three days per week.

🏠 Access to shared spaces:

• Kitchen/kitchenette, dining room, living room, patio and BBQ

✅️ Included in the rent:

• Electricity, gas, water, Internet and cable, free street parking (quiet cul-de-sac)

🐾 I have two 13-year-old cats, Kali and Melek.

FRENCH FOLLOWS …

I have been teaching French as a second language to military personnel for the past 19 years, including the last 10 years teaching officer and naval cadets at the Royal Military College of Canada. I am bilingual in French and English and also speak a little Turkish. In my spare time, I enjoy photography, cooking, and travelling. I am in my 50s and am looking to share my home with someone who is mature, clean, respectful, and considerate of shared living spaces.

J’enseigne le français langue seconde au personnel militaire depuis 19 ans, dont les 10 dernières années auprès des élèves-officiers et des aspirants de marine au Collège militaire royal du Canada. Je suis bilingue, français et anglais, et je parle également un peu turc. Dans mes temps libres, j’aime la photographie, cuisiner et voyager. Je suis dans la cinquantaine et j’aimerais partager ma maison avec une personne mature, propre, respectueuse et soucieuse du bien-être dans les espaces communs.
